Joseph A. Duso is an experienced attorney specializing in Family Law, Criminal Law and Estate Planning. He earned a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cum Laude, in 2013, and completed his undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University in 2010. 

Joseph began his career in 2016 at Martineau, Hackett, O'Neil & Klaus, PLLC, where he began building a successful practice in family and criminal law. In 2023 he became a partner at O'Neil & Duso, PLLC, where he continued to provide high quality legal representation to Mid-Michigan.  

Joseph lives in Midland with his wife, Chelsea, and two sons. When Joseph is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time at the lake.
